Gordia solved a problem that looked unsolved to me! Two days ago, I was devastated since by mistake I have issued tickets I could not finally use. I thought I would have lost my money, since the automatic test replied that there was no chance to claim anything because I have not bought the insurance. Fortunately I was directed to communicate with Mrs Gordia | Customer Experience Support Specialist. She has read my mails annd she really understood my problem and although initially I was getting a coupon, since I’m travelling back to my country and I cannot go, I got a full refund.
