Smith AI has been a great fit for our small law firm
Our firm switched to Smith AI late last year, and it has been a great experience. They integrate seamlessly with Dialpad, and allow us to route incoming calls to the most appropriate individuals and employee groups at a level that is very personalized to our firm's needs. Our clients report that the receptionists are friendly and helpful. From an administrative perspective, all my inquiries and requests for support are addressed quickly, and our account representative is always available to help as needed. We have had several virtual reception services over the years, and Smith has been our most positive experience.
