Nicole did an excellent job
Nicole did an excellent job! She is the epitome of customer service. She quickly analyzed the problem and set in motion a solution. And she shared that she is familiar with the product because when someone is hired, they are required to assemble a machine! What a terrific idea by management! Thanks Nicole!
