As the owner of Eden Chiropractic in Buford, Georgia, I have been extremely pleased with the results we've achieved with Hibu. Before working with them, our marketing was inconsistent and we relied heavily on referrals. We also had major online listing issues, with a 97% listing error rate due to information being mixed up with a previous owner. Since partnering with Hibu, our visibility has improved dramatically, our listing errors have dropped to just 3%, and we've seen more phone calls, more appointments, and significantly higher-quality leads. We've consistently been seeing 29 to 33 new patients per month, and our no-show rate has decreased as well. A special thank you to Angelique, who has been outstanding throughout the entire process. She listened to my concerns, worked within my budget, and made sure I understood the strategy behind every recommendation. The responsiveness, education, and support from the Hibu team have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Hibu to any small business owner looking for real results.
