Hibu is a very well organized software. Working with Hibu has made a real difference for our pest control business in Rockford and Northern Illinois. Before we started, we were not showing up on page 1 of Google at all, and our website was not generating the leads it should have. We were leaving online customers on the table and relying too much on referrals.
We had reservations at first — cost, time, and skepticism from marketing that hadn’t worked in the past. I have 2 locations in Leslie MI and Springport MI. Before I started with Hibu and my rep Patrick Hebert I averaged 75 funerals at the Leslie location and 12 at the Springport location annually. I am now averaging 400 at the Leslie location and 75 at the Springport location annually. Patrick is local and we meet frequently to make any adjustments necessary.
