Horrible customer service, Fraudulent charges
Membership is canceled, and they continue charging my credit card. When I contacted them about this, they say there is no account and the credit card has not been charged. They've made fraudulent charges along with my actual orders since I first joined, and they have atrocious customer service. I have no idea how they can stay in business. The exasperating customer service is worse than the theft itself. Avoid them like the plague, unless you have too much money and not enough stress in your life.
