Gadgethypers customer service team is excellent!! I had a rough time with my package going through customs, and it did put a damper over the delivery experience. After about 20 days of waiting for it to clear, I decided I had enough and contacted customer service. They not only went above and beyond to give me the status with customs. They also offered to ship a second order incase it would get to me faster. I really appreciate the level of care and attention to detail I received. It truly turned a sour situation to a positive one. I love my Apex 5 controller and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! Shout out to Emily, thanks for all the help!!
