Took a long time to get poor support
Took a long time to get any support. Their satisfaction guaranteed policy is very weak. They only "guarantee' that you get the same discount as when you originally ordered so you could be out $100s. Blackout curtains have a lot of gap. Had to order extra covers for the sides.
