However, what truly creates an atmosphere that inspires confidence is the absence of canned responses that so many companies send out. I had a question and left a message after hours, and Rachel called me first thing in the morning to explain the process and answer all the questions I had in a manner that put me at ease completely. My approval came back quickly, and both Rachel and Jennifer continued to keep me apprised every step of the way to ensure that I understood each step of the process. If I had a concern, they addressed each at their end, amending the bond to my exact needs and explaining the reason for specific attributes of the bond.
