I had a question and left a message after hours, and Rachel called me first thing in the morning to explain the process and answer all the questions I had in a manner that put me at ease completely. My approval came back quickly, and both Rachel and Jennifer continued to keep me apprised every step of the way to ensure that I understood each step of the process. If I had a concern, they addressed each at their end, amending the bond to my exact needs and explaining the reason for specific attributes of the bond. Our application said that we were a sole proprietor, and we got the quote, signed, and paid for the bond. The next day you guys said that you couldn't provide the bond for a sole proprietor. You shouldn't have quoted and taken a payment for this bond. Bad service on your end not my insurance agent's end.
