I would not recommend ordering from this company. I ordered a vegan red velvet birthday cake for my daughter’s 30th birthday 3 weeks in advance. On the day of collection we were informed that it was not available. All they could offer was a plain or chocolate sponge cake. As it was short notice and needed that day we had to accept the plain sponge. Poor follow up Service with no apology or compensation. Only paid back £10.00 difference in price. Very poor service.
