Really disappointed with Zazzle
Really disappointed with Zazzle. Placed an order for a simple item print on a tote bag, which was to form part of a larger present for a special occasion. Ordered 3 weeks in advance, with the impression that was plenty of time to make, post, and receive the item. Wrong. No feedback, no updates, the AI system was rubbish, saying im being out in touch with a 'human' but got nothing. Tried for several days to get in touch and finally did, to be told the item should have shipped but hadn't for an unknown reason. Online customer service were helpful in cancelling the order, but the lack of contact and information, plus now not even having the item for the present, is some of the worst experiences ive had with online shopping. Waste of time. Use another business instead of this lot.
