Solid bike, solid company!
Great communication from start to finish. I reached out to customer service on 2 separate occasions, both times my questions were answered quickly. The bike came packaged really well and secure. Even though FedEx put a couple of tears/holes in the outside box, the bike was still in perfect shape upon unpacking. No concerns so far. Assembly was made very easy. I found the assembly video on the website and just followed along. I was done in around 45-50 minutes.
