Two Rings, Same Battery Failure Extremely disappointed with the Oura Ring 4. I purchased a size 12 and, when it was new, I was getting close to two weeks of battery life. Within roughly 6–8 months, the battery degraded badly enough that Oura had to replace the ring. Now the replacement ring, which is only about 6–8 months old, is doing the exact same thing. I’m now lucky to get 2–3 days on a charge. At this price, that is completely unacceptable. This is supposed to be a premium health-tracking device, yet I’ve now had essentially the same battery failure on two separate rings in a little over a year. What makes it worse is that the ring is designed to be worn continuously for sleep and health tracking. If I constantly have to take it off and charge it every couple of days, it defeats the entire purpose of owning it. I really wanted to like the Oura Ring, but after having the same problem twice, this no longer feels like bad luck it feels like a durability problem with the product. For what these rings cost, customers should not be dealing with major battery degradation after only several months. Unless Oura can address the battery longevity problem, I would have a very hard time recommending the Oura Ring 4 to anyone.
