Chris Grubisic · I just purchased a Young Electric Bike Rack. Received it promptly. As I was putting it together I noticed scratches and scuffs. Looking it over closely there was several areas where the paint was scraped off. Scuff marks on the rails looked like it had been used. Looking closely it appears they sent me a used rack when I had purchased a new one. I sent a bunch of images to their support email explaining the situation. As of right now no reply. I see no option to call an actual phone number. Shipping label showed it was shipped from a person in California, not Young Electric. Hoping they will step up and resolve this issue. My advise would be to buy a bike rack from a different company.
