Absolutely horrible customer service. We ordered a bike rack as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately, the cost to install a hitch on her little car was too expensive and therefore, she would not be able to use the rack. The box is completely untouched and unopened but when I went to initiate a return with the company, I was told I would have to pay a $65 shipping fee AND they would deduct a 25% restocking fee from my refund. Their advice to me was to not bother with the return and instead give it to someone else or sell it. Are you freaking kidding me!? Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service!

I just purchased a Young Electric Bike Rack. Received it promptly. As I was putting it together I noticed scratches and scuffs. Looking it over closely there was several areas where the paint was scraped off. Scuff marks on the rails looked like it had been used. Looking closely it appears they sent me a used rack when I had purchased a new one. I sent a bunch of images to their support email explaining the situation. As of right now no reply. I see no option to call an actual phone number. Shipping label showed it was shipped from a person in California, not Young Electric. Hoping they will step up and resolve this issue. My advise would be to buy a bike rack from a different company.
The customer service is atrocious. First they claimed they couldn’t find my order, then they found it and claimed I didn’t buy a ramp. Then they offered me a ramp for $60. And then they ignored me again. Don’t bother with the company, you will get no support. W it’s out support, this rack is useless.
over two weeks and still dont have the connecting block i ordered and paid for. first they said it was shipped but lost and now they say shipped another but tracking shows never lect their location. typical calofornia losers
I purchased a single ebike rack. It arrived and seems fine so far. Included on the order was a hitch lock which did not arrive. I was notified that it was out of stock but would ship in April 2026. We are now starting June 2026. No lock. No notification. No communication to multiple messages. They do not provide a contact phone number so only recourse is via email .
Really poor customer service. Think twice before ordering.
No customer service renders the bike rack useless.. maybe dangerous!
we bought this bike rack for a trip with our new E bikes. Two months into it, we have had the straps break that hold the bikes in, the bike fell off the rack twice and now is damaged beyond riding capability. One arm holds one bike in tightly. The other arm is loose, no matter what we do to tighten it, so it sways terribly on the back of our rig.Countless countless calls to customer service With promises that they would return our call. We took videos, emailed, and no one responded. We took the bike rack to a few companies to see if they could help us make it tighter and fix it. They said just call the company… that it might be just missing one of the washers that keeps the bar tight. We keep calling the company. Finally they said it wasn’t Young electric it was e-commerce. So we wrote to those people. Still no response. So now we have a bike rack that is loose with broken straps that don’t latch up tightly, and a damaged bike and we’re 3000 miles from home and still no response. I’d say it’s pretty much a worthless product if we can’t get it to work properly.
I just purchased an Ebike rack from them. I must say that these racks are really strong and sturdy carrying 2 bikes with a total weight of 200 lbs. There's another company that is selling the same model but Young Electric sells these racks which is less expensive than the other. I highly recommend getting it from them.
