They systematically try to make it hard to return even an unopened undamaged product . So frustrating never experienced such an obvious attempt to delay me more than their 15-day return policy . I'd have to say it's the worst thing I've ever experienced in Corporate America so I've been in contact with their return Department via email and text and their help center tickets over 15 messages that I wrote and still they have not provided a return address for me to return my unopened undamaged nuvio chiller.
