Overall experience was great.
Showroom visit was good, certainly got the e-bike smile! Was set on the XP4 white step thru but decided on the green step over. Ordered it Tuesday night, arrived Sunday afternoon. Unboxed quickly, minor assembly, then had to wait on the battery to charge. Derailleur needed some adjustment, but all else was perfect. I’m 64, and this bike is the fountain of youth in a box! Love it!
