Flexispot support -- deep and sophisticated
Flexispot has a deep and sophisticated support team. After an initial minor misunderstanding, a new person picked up the exchange and resolved everything in their first message. It nice to solve things quickly, but even better to know that the support resources are extensive and that passing the baton is part of their culture. My sincere thanks and appreciation for their outstanding staff cooperation.
