Fear

Now, nearly 2 months in a 'ticketed complaint' attempt to organise a refund from this company; for a purchase where they finally - after multiple emails with photo proof and measurement details - admitted their error, and eventually offered a full refund to my card should I return post the garment to China. As a matter of integrity, and after refusing all their 'offers' of percentage/keep: In good faith, I paid for the return of purchase to China AUD$51.95. (Cost of caveat emptor lesson.) They do not offer return postage labels! Still awaiting my monies being returned! Money is "trapped" into their system rather than standard 'Account Credit'. It appears their core business strategy is to significantly dissuade return of goods and lock your monies for as long as possible in order to keep your cash on their platform. Customer service 'tickets' deal in hollow assurances eg 'only here to help, apologies, thanking you for support' etc. All mean nothing without affirmative action. The garment was nothing like advertised and 2 sizes too large. And, the suggestions they attempt to fob you off with as though it was your problem, are outrageously ridiculous.
