Customer service was great. I purchased 4 Firefly lights, Charging Pad, Rear Lights Mount, Remote. One of the lights was defective. They quickly refunded for the light. After getting to know the lights and operation of the system it’s just not something I wanted to live with. I found that for me after using this wireless system (despite the system works well while on the bike) ive resigned to the fact that I’m more of a hard wire turn signal type of person (simplicity). I don’t want to worry about taking the lights off to recharging them, potential sync issues between the lights and just the entire wireless set up. I wasn’t aware of a few operational things of how the system worked prior to purchase. This was my main issue. I worked with Lumos and they gave me a full refund. They were very fair and I followed their return policy (which TBH is a bit more stringent than others) however at the end of it all they stood by their word and their customer satisfaction commitment and came thru with a full refund. Good service, good company, satisfied customer
