Confusing Dark Pattern SUBSCRIPTION
While the service was fine, not very much information for my old car but whatever, the cheap 7 day trial period is very misleading and I was charged $30 a week later for their subscription. I understand I should have paid more attention while making an account but it does not forgive the misleading sales tactics. I could never recommend a company with these shady practices. If the subscription was worth it then people would not have to be dark patterned into getting it.
