G2G

UPDATE: G2G is straight up lying and claiming that I didn't reply them.

Day 3 giving G2G bad review until they resolve my case, and give me a refund. After my previous review, I've been still actively trying to actually resolve this issue. I sent them my last email and waited for a response. And? They went completely silent for two days. Then, instead of addressing my issue, they came back saying they were going to close the ticket because I didn't respond to them. Wow. I clearly freaking responded. I have the entire email exchange and a screenshot clearly showing my response. It's unbelievable that they think they can straight up lie, make a blatantly false claim to justify closing the ticket like this.

G2G

G2G replied to my review on trustpilot with such a performative response.

A couple of weeks ago, I bought top-up for the game Honkai Star Rail from a seller on G2G. The seller later issued a chargeback through their bank (literally the game sent me an email stating that), causing the game to reverse the top-up. So basically, I paid for something that was ultimately taken away because of the seller’s actions. I already contacted G2G Support about this and asked for a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, they repeatedly sent me generic responses and refused to take responsibility, claiming that my situation falls outside their Refund Policy. That's why I went on trustpilot to make a post/review warning everyone to stay away from G2G (yeah there was a previous review of mine). But do you guys know what they did? They replied to my previous review saying: “Please share your order details at support.g2g.com so our team can review the chargeback and how it was handled.” Seriously? I already contacted your support team. I already explained the situation. I already asked for help. Your support team already reviewed it (but I doubt if they actually reviewed) and refused to resolve it. So this public response feels completely performative. It gives the impression that G2G is offering to investigate & resolving the issue, when in reality they're just telling me to contact the exact same support channel I already went through. If G2G genuinely wants to help, they don't need me to start the process all over again. They can simply look at their support records/ticket history for Ticket ID #5754443 and see the entire conversation for themselves. Let me keep it short for you G2G: I don't want you to reply to this review of mine with another generic response. I need you to actually resolve it, issue me a refund because it's clearly your fault that you can't guarantee the legitimacy of your sellers.

STAY AWAY FROM G2G

Do not ever buy anything from them. Seriously. Because if you get scammed by their sellers, they simply give no fucc. I bought Honkai Star Rail top-up from a seller on G2G. The seller later issued a chargeback through their bank, so the game company took back the top-up. Basically, I paid for something that I no longer have because of the seller’s actions. G2G refuses to take any responsibility and keeps sending me the same generic apology, claiming this falls outside their Refund Policy. But their own policy literally says: “Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions: 1.1 The buyer did not receive the order.” So how the fucc does this not qualify? I paid for the order, and the top-up was taken back because of the seller’s chargeback. I effectively did not receive what I paid for. What’s the point of buyer protection if G2G can just refuse responsibility when a seller does this? Absolutely ridiculous.
