They get two stars for their delivery…
They get two stars for their delivery system. The subscriptions arrive on time, packaged properly, etc. and it does work. HOWEVER....their doctor/patient communication, billing and customer service are TERRIBLE. They take days to respond to questions. They've overcharged me twice. And I'm pretty sure most of the responses are from A.I. They all seem to stick to script. I'm switching providers soon.
