Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! I ordered this dress in a size 16 for my wedding, but I received a size 20. The dress also looked nothing like the advertised pictures. It was supposed to be mid-calf length, but it was much longer. The waistline sat too high, and the sleeves were much shorter than advertised. It also arrived without a hangtag or any original tags attached. Even after I submitted pictures and proof of what I ordered, they made the refund process unnecessarily difficult. I later noticed that many other customers had similar complaints, and I wish I had paid closer attention to their reviews before ordering. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially because the dress was for my wedding. I would not recommend this seller.
