I don’t know how we would have managed without Audrey and her team
I don’t know how we would have managed without the help of our agent, Audrey Meyer, and her hardworking team members, Hanna Baker and Emily Carter. On August 18, 2026, we checked in online for our next day’s flight from Athens to Helsinki. To our horror, the flight had been cancelled. The only flight the airline proposed was a later flight that would get us to Helsinki after midnight. We put in a call to Audrey and asked whether there was an earlier flight. Audrey contacted her team, Hanna and Emily to see if there was a possibility of getting two seats on the earlier flight. Online data showed that it had extremely few seats remaining. It was such a relief when Audrey called to confirm that seats had been booked for us by her team. We are sincerely grateful to Audrey, Hanna, and Emily for their excellent customer service.
