Extremely Disappointing Experience
I purchased a perfume on August 19 through this platform, but the shipment status has remained stuck at “label created” ever since. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store, I only received two replies asking me to wait until the end of the week, but nothing was resolved.I still have no idea where my order was shipped, who received it, or why the status has not changed. My requests for either a refund or a reshipment have been completely ignored. It is profoundly shameful for an online store that presents itself as a reputable and responsible company in the US/Canada perfumery market to treat customers in such a negligent and careless manner. This experience shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for customers. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this site until they demonstrate genuine responsibility and reliability.
