Bait and Switch
I was satisfied with the promotional cost of my initial prescription which was discounted to $475 from $610 for a three month supply with the understanding that there would not be a price increase for filling future prescriptions at increasing dosages. The effectiveness of the initial supply was favorable with signs of reduced appetite and some weight loss. Having had positive results, I attempted to order a refill at the afore mentioned $610 for a three month supply. I was then informed the the cost to fill a three month supply would be $745 . Attempts to resolve this discrepancy were unsuccessful and communication and response from TrimRx was horrible, particularly when attempting to contact via the customer assistance phone line. ( AI )
