Overall very pleased with our Purchases so far.
We received our two XP Lite 2 folding bikes about a month ago. It was a little difficult to reach someone prior to our purchase as I had questions. There was no answer during regular business hours. I also sent an email, was able to reach them a few days later. Once ordered, things went smooth. We received regular updates on shipping. The bikes were pretty easy to assemble. I love that they sent a video link for assembly instructions prior to receiving the bikes. We love the bikes! They fold down into bins that we can easily put into our camper or truck We use them often. I would recommend these bikes. We did buy the upgraded seat, the original ones were hard. The longer life battery is great too. Hopefully if we ever need to contact customer service we will not have any issues.
