Very unsatisfied with the product and customer service
Very unsatisfied with the product. Did not work for me after 3 months. When I complained they proceeded to sign me up for another 6 months and charge close to $1k. When I noticed the charge on my CC the very next day, I called to ask what was going on. I did get a person. They were very nice. Said it was an incorrect charge and submitted for refund. It’s been 3 1/2 months. Several calls and email verification but no refund. They blamed it on credit card. Credit card said there was never a refund issued. This is a shady company. Tell you what you want to hear and then they hope you forget about the charges they sneak on your account. They never fullfillled the initial 6 months of product. Be wary. I don’t advise using them.
