Good Service But Not Seamless
When it worked it was great, but unfortunately for the first 9 days of my trip the service only worked in 1 of 5 countries I visited. Once I eventually emailed customer service I was fixed up within a day, but it really should have been easier. It is hard to squeeze in tech support when on vacation, especially when you are only connected when using WiFi. At a minimum the steps they had me take to get it working should have been included in the online support.
