Claims absent
I was recommended this travel insurance company and had heard great things, so unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The policy was presented as offering the ability to cancel for any reason, yet my claim was denied. To make matters worse, it took over a month just to receive the denial. Waiting that long for a decision, only to have the claim rejected despite my understanding of the coverage I purchased, was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Based on my experience with the claims process, I will be considering a different insurance carrier for future travel.
