Brilliant marketing and customer service team.
I should start off by saying I bought a lectric xpeak 2.0 from Facebook marketplace and when I say I fell in love I MEAN IT. I never purchased the bike directly from lectric, unfortunately when it comes to riding you can and probably will have a fall. I went over the handlebars on a pretty busy street and completely shattered my screen. With adrenaline still running through me I shot a quick email over to their support team to see what my options were for purchasing (fully expecting to purchase) a brand new screen. They asked for my serial number and shipping address which I sent. And without hesitation they emailed me back saying my $70 display was en route to me without me having to pay. No warranty, I'm a third party buyer. I was not expecting that in the slightest. That's absolutely amazing customer service, it almost feels wrong. Thank you a MILLION lectric!!!!! For that alone you earned yourself a forever customer when it comes to bikes!!!
