The Refund/Exchange Policy Is A Joke
The products are nice, but they are too small. I am trying to exchange them, but the process is ridiculous. Their return policy needs serious work. I think once I actually get the replacement product, it will be ok, but my god, y'all need a different exchange policy. I shouldn't have to leave a review for a product I haven't even been able to wear yet before I get the replacement.
