This is absolutely the worst company I ever dealt with. I paid in full up front for this scam to have 14 months of protection. It's been a week since my dryer stopped working efficiently. I called them. After 25 minutes of the phone ringing the line went dead. I called again another 25 minutes and somebody else answered. I told them about my problem they said they will send me an email with a contact to call which I did. I called him spoke to the man and he never showed up. I called first premier again they said they were going to send another contact which never came. I've been calling them ever since and they never pick up. I sincerely believe this is a scam operation
