Filling out the initial application was easy and did not take very much time. About two weeks after my application was completed the interest rates rose by 0.2%. I contacted customer service to see if there was anything they could do about matching this increase. They were very helpful and acted quickly to adjust my annuity since I was still within the 30 day trial. They were very helpful and nice and were able to give me an even better rate!
