Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Had booked via Kayak through underpricer for mum to SFO and back. My mum is a cancer patient and was anxious about booking a specific seat . I was willing to buy a seat. Underpricer was unable to book a seat but did not let me know . After that they told me to book the seat directly with Cathay Pacific , but Cathay Pacific kept on pushing me back to my booking agency , even within 24 hrs of check in I was not able to get a seat with the same excuse from Cathay Pacific and Underpricer, both blaming each other . Overall a very negative experience
