Beware!!!
Beware! There are billing issues regarding auto. To be honest, it seems a little fraudulent almost like a scam. I’ve ordered AutoShip from this company for years. I have one account with two subscriptions/Orders. I haven’t been using the product as much so I’ve been pausing my subscriptions via website/app. I was warned by Customer Service that if I kept pausing my auto ships, the company may just cancel that subscription/order. So here’s the scam. I knew it was time for my auto ship so I went to the website/app to pause the order. It was removed no longer available. Remember, I had two subscriptions/order. The one that was not up for Auto ship was there. The one that was near the day of auto ship was removed. I said to myself OK I guess they meant it. They removed that order. But still me being thorough and needing to make sure no product arrived,I went to look for the payment source. I couldn’t access that either because I found out that the payment source only shows up when you click that particular subscription. They removed that subscription from my account so I was not able to access and remove my payment source.However, they still billed me and sent me their product as an auto ship. I called Customer Service and after going back-and-forth, I was eventually told that ALOT OF CUSTOMERS WERE REPORTING THE SAME, BEING BILLED FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT THEY THOUGHT THEY NO LONGER HAD.. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WHOEVER ELSE WILL HEAR, PLUS WARNING OTHERS OF THIS SCAM. NEVER THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WOULD RESORT TO SUCH A THING I THOUGHT THEY WERE REPUTABLE .PERHAPS MAYBE THEY’RE HAVING ISSUES IN THIS ECONOMY. By the way, they refuse to even let me send the product back even after they admitting that this was their issue. I feel like the company knows what they’re doing. Again beware of this company!
