My Trike came with a scratch down to bare metal. I called and their solution was to send me a paint pen. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received it yet. I haven’t even ridden the bike because I wouldn’t want dirt or moisture in that scratch. I can’t really review the trike yet. Lectric contacted me and made it right. Very happy with the customer service!
