The product itself has been good once able to get connected and running. Customer service experience has been disappointing. No way to directly contact for questions regarding installation issues. The manual on line is lacking details for troubleshooting. The customer service chat advisor was also unable to provide adequate direction and referrals when unanswered for three days. I cannot recommend the customer service from Nuvio at this time.
