I got the first eSim and it took over a day to be able to make it work. Then I used used all the data and had to tap up. However after trying to connect again I couldn't even with the assistance of your team through what's up. Then I gave up as my vacation came to the end and do not need it any more. Please help me to have a refund for the tap up as I was not able to used it. Thanks, Andres Vargas
