Worst third-party booking app ever. If you’re planning to use Airpaz, please think twice. They cancelled my flight, and the refund process took forever. I had to call them again and again just to get an update on my refund. It’s not my fault that the flight was cancelled, yet I’m the one who has to keep chasing for my money back. Very frustrating experience!
