Great overall
Upon purchasing my house, my mortgage was sold around by other financial institutions until landing at Freedom Mortgage. It was confusing and frustrating. Since it's been in the hands of Freedom Mortgage it has been smooth sailing. No complaints. The website works great, has plenty of information. They are also very transparent about the Escrow Analysis and keeping it to the required balance.
