Just never buy from this site
Just never buy from this site. I bought a shoes on August 14 and the seller shipped on August 18. It has been 2 weeks since and the status of my order still stuck at ‘seller shipped order’. ive contacted the Customer Service team and only received template replies. When i pushed again, they just stop replying to me and it has been days. no updates, no refund. NOTHING. That shoes costs me thousands in my currency. stupid. poor management.
