Internet and package was misquoted
Internet and package was misquoted. Credit did not appear on our account right away. We were incorrectly sold the room as the largest balcony which is wasn’t. Very disappointed with your service. No mention that tips weren’t included. I was told 9.99 for internet and my credit would more than cover all of my charges. This was misinformation and not accurate. Please let me know how you will fix!
