Medicine shortage and horrible customer experience
I had my first experience with TrimRX and while the medicine came on time my experience with customer service was absolutely horrible. Every last dosage of each of vial came up extremely short so I would only get three doses instead of four out of each vial. So I paid a lot of money to not get what I paid for. Since payment is due upfront, refunds are ineligible since I received the medicine. I took pictures and videos of the vials and yet, I was still denied any sort of partial refund.
