Oura : kind and compassionate not just brand
After losing our home to fire we were displaced in temporary housing. My Oura ring was delivered to the uninhabitable home. Workers were at the house working but no ring was found. We reported it to police but had no expectation it would be recovered. I called Oura to explain what had happen and although they had no obligation to replace, decided to compassionately offer a replacement being kind and thoughtful about our recent loss. I was so impressed with their kindness. We are grateful and Oura fans for life.
