ZERO Customer service!!!
While I appreciate that the refund was processed, I am giving a low rating because my order was never delivered, and customer support failed to explain what happened despite me asking multiple times. Communication needs to be much better when an order is lost or canceled—customers shouldn't have to follow up repeatedly just to find out what happened to their package.
