It starts with reputation. I researched many ebike and Lectric is clearly #1. The website experience was extremely easy and had great details to answer my questions. The shipping and arrival quality was just as expected. What would make it even better is if we can select the free promotional add-ons versus a forced bundle. Also, the phones mounts are a joke for the price. We just threw them away and bought new ones. We’ve only ridden them about five times and they are exactly what we wanted. Our goal with purchasing the XP4 was to fold it for travel inside of a fifth wheeler. They are extremely easy to fold for travel mode.
