Don’t be fooled by fancy app…still a low claim process
If you want a long, never ending claim process, with additional information being required after every new document submittal (new information that isn’t originally requested or stated to be required) due to internal company policies (not included in your trip insurance policy) then this is the insurance company for you. Warning: if you pay for your trip in unique ways (for example, my trip was with my elderly mother who paid the travel company via an e-check, then I paid her back via Zelle) be prepared to provide Faye with bank statements. A guest document by the travel company that shows proof of payment is not sufficient.
